All Solutions securely stores only the information provided by you during registration and account creation. While conversations and interactions, including website comments, are stored, sensitive details like credit/debit card or online bank account information are not retained in our database. We prioritize your security by ensuring that such sensitive data is solely entered by you on the payment gateways. Rest assured, your information remains 100% secure as we do not store these details.
Recognizing the significance of safeguarding our customers’ personal information, we have developed a Privacy Policy to ensure adequate protection of your data. This policy regulates your visit and usage of our website. By consenting to the use of personal information—limited to what you provide during registration—by All Solutions in line with the terms and objectives outlined in the Privacy Policy, you acknowledge that it may be subject to periodic amendments at the sole discretion of All Solutions.
As per the return policy, items must be returned within 5 days of purchase. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Once the return order reaches the warehouse, the refund process will commence within 48 hours.
Payments
At theallsolution.com, all credit card and debit card payments are securely processed through trusted payment gateways. We do not retain or capture any credit card or net banking details. For added security, banks utilize the 3D secure password service during online transactions, offering an extra layer of protection through identity verification.
In the event of an unsuccessful order, rest assured that any deducted amount will be promptly refunded to your bank account within seven business days.
Shipping charges are determined and presented for your order during the checkout process before payment. These charges vary based on the total value of the order placed. Additionally, we provide free shipping for orders above Rs. 10,000/-
The payments can be made through Credit card, Debit card, Netbanking or UPI
Returns/Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your receival of products, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Otherwise, your return may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 days.

At All Solutions,
Free shipping is applied to all orders upto Rs. 10,000.00. Shipping times range from 2-7 business days and may be subject to carrier delays depending on the shipping address location. Most of the customers receive their package within 3-7 business days. Overnight and 2-Day shipping applies to business days only. Overnight and 2-Day shipping does not include weekends.
Please note some items will ship from different warehouses with different processing times and shipping times may vary between each product. Returned packages due to an incorrect address may be shipped out once more. Any additional shipments due to errors after that will incur additional shipping and handling fees.
