We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your receival of products, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Otherwise, your return may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 days.

To initiate a return, kindly reach out to our customer service team via email at our designated email address to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you’ve received the RMA number, securely package the item in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase. Please keep in mind that you’ll be responsible for covering all return shipping charges. For added security, we recommend using a trackable shipping method when mailing your return.
To request a return, you must initiate the appeal within 5 days from the delivery date; otherwise, returns will not be accepted. The item(s) from the order must be unused, with intact tags and packaging.
